A local hit way back in 1981, WHEN I'M IN LOVE was the follow-up single of RICHARD SANDERSON to his previous hit then SHE'S A LADY. RICHARD SANDERSON is a Scottish singer-songwriter famous for his 1980 song for the movie LA BOUM, REALITY. REALITY became a hit here in Manila when the movie was re-released in 1984 as READY FOR LOVE.
