Hi - there was a song in the mid 80s that had the lyrics "I wanna get back..back on track...is that gonna get you back" or something like that.  It had a video with women in chicken suits as backup singers.  The lead singer was a white male.  It was a very up tempo song.  Do you know the name of the song and artist?  Thanks!

The artist who performed the song you are looking for, RIGHT ON TRACK was called THE BREAKFAST CLUB. They are known to have hit the Top 10 in  Billboard's Hot 100 Chart peaking at #7 on May 30, 1987. They also have another hit called KISS AND TELL, No. 48 on August 15, 1987. They were on the same album called BREAKFAST CLUB as with another local hit here in Manila, RICO MAMBO, released earlier in 1986. They are also known to have two members who are former boyfriends of MADONNA, STEPHEN BRAY and singer DAN GILROY. The Material Girl herself was a former member of this group during her pre-fame days.
