I'm trying to determine the artist of this song (it's not jackson 5) that I used to hear on the radio back in the 80s. The intro had a bit of dialogue of sort with police horn in the background. It is a dance tune.
Could u also tell me where I can get an MP3 of it pls?

I'm not very sure but there's a dance tune that got popular here in the Philippines in 1983. It's similar to the song you are mentioning. It was called MOVIN' VIOLATION by SKYY and it's from their 1982 album SKYYJAMMER.
