80s Music/2 80's songs and 1 90's question

QuestionFirst, i'm looking for the artist name of the song "In The Summertime" from
around 86-87. it's a cover a 70's song by Mungo Jerry (same song title) but
they maded it more synthpop/dancey.
Second, i don't know the name or title. narinig ko sa Max restaurant when i
was on vacation, so i'm fairly sure it was really popular since they had it for
karaoke. di ko sigurado kung anung year lumabas. it came out around the
time Rick Astley became popular (maybe a few years after) and the singer had
the same deep voice and the song had the same pop dance feel.
the main chorus is mainly the word "happy" but varies the words before it,
kinda like:
"i'm happy, i'm so very happy
i wanna be happy, i'm gonna be happy"
last question but this one's from the 90's: japanese dance song that was a hit
in 1996 in the philiipines. it was made popular by the dance group X-People
(i remember watching it on ASAP). i found a clip on youtube of the song (no
title or artist though):

Salamat in Advance
AnswerDear Totoybuts,
With regards to IN THE SUMMERTIME by MUNGO JERRY, I only know of 2 cover versions of the song from the 70's. They are by THE MIXTURES and IDLE RACE both from 1970. I don't know if we are talking about the same song. The other covers were from the 90's onwards: by SHAGGY from his 1995 album BOOMBASTIC, and by DERREK SHERINIAN (2006) and PHUNK JUNKHEEZ (2007).
As for the second song, the clues are too short for identification.
As for that 90's song, it was called FEEL LIKE DANCE by GLOBE. They are a Japanese synth-pop group made up of TETSUYA KOMURO, KEIKO, MARC PANTHER and YOSHIKI. FEEL LIKE DANCE was released in 1995 as a stand alone single. It was included in their self-titled debut album in 1996.
Maraming salamat po!!
