Question
There was this song that received a lot of airplay in Y101 in Cebu in 1981. I think it might have been an OPM. It had a slight latin feel. The song started with, "Whenever I see you falling I break down. And like the waves of the ocean I count the tears falling....You'll feel much better, with me around, you are my inspiration..." Who is the artist and what is the title of this song?
Dear Dan,
I spent all of one week trying to figure out what that song is but to no avail. I really have to reply to your letter, answer or no answer, or I'll be penalized.
