Actually, Bong, you are correct with (the late) Sandee. The version that Alexis must be referring to is the Clivilles & Cole house remix (yes, of C+C Music Factory fame).

It's on the B-side of the 1989 12". The A-side is more latin freestyle while this B-side is the house mix that does feature both her English & Spanish vocals. It hit the top 10 of the Billboard Club Chart in 1989.

Nevermind my last post. I got Sandee confused with Nocera. Sandee did sing Notice me. She was a member of the group Expose'..... She also had a freestyle smash called Love Desire. I miss that music.
