Hello Bong,
I am an outside reader of all the posts here in allexperts.  I noticed you might be the best person who can answer almost anything asked about the 80s.  I figuredi can give a shot.

I'm looking for MP3s of songs from Menudo, the 80s group who hit the Philippines.  They came up I think with 2 or 3 albums, one of them yung EXPLOSION.  Do you know where i can find them?

During their peak of popularity here from 1984-1987 MENUDO has released several Spanish and English albums here in Manila. Among its English albums released here were REACHING OUT, MENUDO, CAN'T GET ENOUGH and even an English-Tagalog album called IN ACTION, However, since then, these albums has not been released in their CD form nor a compilation album bearing some of their greatest hits. That made their songs very rare here commercially. I have not tried looking for titles in some file sharing sites in the web but you can try. They still command a following here. I'm sorry I can't be much of a help.
