Dear Win,
I know that PARA PARA is a dance craze that originated in the 80's and had its peak of popularity in the late 90's when Japanese entertainer TAKUYA KIMURA danced to it. But I'm not sure what song you have in mind since this is outside of the 80's. Some of the songs used for PARA PARA are the ones performed I think by AARON KWOK and NIGHT OF FIRE.

I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.
