Hi Sir Bong,

I just read an e-mail asking about the title of Paul Anka's "Think I'm In Love Again'. This is one of my all-time favorites. I just would like to ask if this ever charted in Billboard when it was released? You are right. Up to now, I still hear this song being played in the karaoke bars. Just a follow up question. Can you also please tell me more about Larry Graham's "One in a million" and Pia Zadora's "It's Wrong for me to love you"? How were these songs received by the listeners and radio stations back then. These are my two other favorite songs actually. Thanks and more power to you!

THINK I'M IN LOVE AGAIN was a cut from PAUL ANKA's 1981 album BOTH SIDES OF LOVE. It was released as the B-side of the single I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU ALL OF MY LIFE. Here in the Philippines, THINK I'M IN LOVE AGAIN was a hit. In the US, the A-side was a Billboard Hot 100 hit. I'VE BEEN WAITING...peaked at No. 48 on May 23, 1981. It would be PAUL ANKA's second to the last Hot 100 hit. His last would be 1983's HOLD ME 'TIL THE MORNIN' COMES, another Manila hit he co-wrote with DAVID FOSTER and features then Chicago's PETER CETERA on backing vocals.

ONE IN A MILLION YOU meanwhile was a cut from LARRY GRAHAM's 1980 album also called ONE IN A MILLION YOU. It was one of his five solo albums out of the group SLY & THE FAMILY STONE where he played bass. ONE IN A MILLION was LARRY GRAHAM's sole top 10 hit on the Hot 100 Chart peaking at No. 9 on September 20, 1980. He also had two other Hot 100 hit, 1980's WHEN WE GET MARRIED (#76) and 1981's JUST BE Y LADY (#67).

PIA ZADORA's IT'S WRONG FOR ME TO LOVE YOU was the theme song of the movie BUTTERFLY, released in 1982 and produced by PIA's then husband Israeli businessman MESHULAM RIKLIS. The song was written by renowned composer ENNIO MORRICONE. It was also featured in her 1982 album PIA. The song never made it in any Billboard chart.
