Question
Hi, I desperately need information about 4 80's songs. I'm a very big fan of pop from the 80's but I can't find anything about these songs:
1)Schoolgirl in love, a song from about 1983 I think.
2) One of these days, this was from the refrain. A song from the same time as Who's zooming who by Aretha Franklin
3) TAKE NO BUSINESS IN THE GAME OF LOVE, the refrain from this song.
4) IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT WE USED TO HOLD EACH OTHER TIGHT
, again this is from the refrain

If you can help I will be so happy - thanks
Kind regards Kare

Answer
Dear Kare,

I admit it, those are hard questions. Too bad the clues weren't enough for me to answer them. However, song no. 2 I think was a song from THE VELVET UNDERGROUND's 1985 "compilation" album VU. The song was recorded way back in 1969 as part of the band's fourth album but the songs were shelved and never saw release until 1985 when VU came about. I'm not very sure it was the song you are looking for but it's the only song titled ONE OF THESE DAYS that was released in 1985, the year WHO'S ZOOMIN' WHO by ARETHA FRANKLIN came out.

Maraming salamat po!!

Expertise

I can answer just about everything from the 80`s, rock, pop, trivias, artist infos, Billboard chart positions, albums, etc. But songs that became hit in the Philippines and OPM songs are my expertise. I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.

Experience

Let's just say music is my life and my source is a lifetime of knowledge about 80's music and then some.
