Hey man, there is a song that I need to know the band and song title for. I know it was at hit 80's rock song, and it goes something like this..

"Hey now, hey now...let's think this over...
Hey now, hey now.."

Very calming guitar and voice, which extends through the chorus..

I heard the band was called "Crowned Kings"?
I looked it up, but nowhere to be found.
I'd appreciate it if you could help me.

You must be so young to remember when this song became a hit. The song is titled DON'T DREAM IT'S OVER by the Australian group CROWDED HOUSE. The band is made up of NEIL FINN (lead vocals & guitar), formerly of SPLIT ENZ, NICK SEYMOUR (bass) & the late PAUL HESTER (died March 26, 2005, suicide). DON'T DREAM IT'S OVER is from their eponymous debut, CROWDED HOUSE, released in 1986. The song peaked at #2 in the Hot 100 on April 25, 1987. It was also covered by such acts as PAUL YOUNG out of his 1991 FROM TIME TO TIME: THE SINGLES COLLECTION set and by SIXPENCE NONE THE RICHER from their 2003 album DIVINE DISCONTENT. It also went to #78 in the Hot 100 on April 5, 2003. Here's how it goes:
