Hi I am trying to find this song! It is a 80's pop song that has a small guy with reddish hair (he might be gay, not sure) anyway i think some of the chorus it runaway runaway runaway runaway (UK Band I think) I think that on the film clip he is on a train for some of the clip! It also has a nice elctro piona beat!

You might be talking about SMALLTOWN BOY by BRONSKI BEAT. They were an 80's British synth pop trio. They were formed in 1983 and consisted of JIMMY SOMERVILLE, STEVE BRONSKI and LARRY STEINBACHEK. SMALLTOWN BOY is now widely considered a classic, in addition to being a gay anthem, the three of them being one. The song was their debut single from their album THE AGE OF CONSENT. It went to as high as #3 in the UK Chart and No. 48 on the US Hot 100 Chart on March 9, 1985. Here's its lyrics:
