Do you know the name of the band who's video featured the lead singer in the foreground with a bald guy dancing in the background and the lyrics went something like : "im so small im so small, you raise me and then you let me fall. I believe you are looking for the song LIVING ON THE CEILING by BLANCMANGE. The pop act was formed in London in the late 70's by the duo of NEIL ARTHUR (vocals, guitars) and STEPHEN LUSCOMBE (keyboards). BLANCMANGE was named after a type of cooked pudding. LIVING ON THE CEILING came from their debut album HAPPY FAMILIES released in 1982. Here's its lyrics:
