80s Music/80's song with the line 'jenny was a....'

Question
I have been racking my brain for the past month trying to figure out who sang the song from the 80's that is spoken by a man, kind of similar to 'I wanna be a cowboy' and the only line I can remember is 'Jenny is a...' (It's not Pop goes the World either), Help!!!!

I don't know either. I'm not pretty sure but try looking for another MEN WITHOUT HATS song JENNY WORE BLACK. I compared the lyrics to TOMMY TUTONE's JENNY but it was a mile apart. Or FALCO's JEANNIE.

I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.
