its been so long since ive heard the song, i can barely figure this out.. ive googled and googled and still nothing... i believe this short lyric comes from the end of the song... it is a female singing...

"in your eyes..... in your eyes..... in your eyes....."

the word eyes is sang/held longer than the other words

at first i thought it may have been carole king, but ive searched through most of her songs with no luck

please help!

Hundreds of song with IN YOUR EYES on their lyrics or are titled IN YOUR EYES abound. Somehow, few from the 70s to the 80s are titled IN YOUR EYES. I have here some of the popular IN YOUR EYES song.

THE POCKETS (1978)
DIONNE WARWICK (1979)
MARY MacGREGOR (1978)
THE BABYS (1980)
STATUS QUO (1986)
PETER GABRIEL (1986)

From this list, you probably have in mind the MARY MacGREGOR song. It would have been easy to tell if it is DIONNE WARWICK singing, right?

But if I may add, I hope I am right.
