That's pretty much all I can describe I'm sorry.  I could hum it for ya which of course doesn't help here.  But actually I could elaborate by saying it's a 2 chord vamp played over 2 bars: (A G - -, - - - -) with a nice synth keyboard sound played over a shuffle beat kinda in the vain of tears for fears, but I'm pretty sure it's not them.  Then, when the "welcome to..." bit happens, probably the chorus, is sung over an Em chord that ascends back up to the vamp.

Make sense?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not much of a music man. What I mean is that I cannot play musical instruments or read and understand chords. I'm sorry I can't be of help for the meantime. Can you give me more details of the song? More lyrics perhaps. I kinda don't get the song with just "welcome to". I know some songs with "welcome to" but I can't put it right there with the song you have in mind. Write me again. I will appreciate it.
