hi! hope you can help me! i need infos on top 10 music in the 80s...foreign and original filipino music..events,fashion,movies,tv shows, top actresses/actors/singers,games,party places/hang outs.

Dear Ermie,

It is difficult to have a legitimate charting of top music of every decade in the Philippines. We don't have a non-biased chart that can be compared to the US' Billboard Charts or the UK Charts. Philippine charts are often done by radio stations depending on their playlist or in earlier times during the 70s & 80s by the record companies which was just aimed in pushing their respective singles. Nevertheless, it is fortunate that what was hot in the US' Billboard Charts is somehow also hot here in the Philippines. So I can say that we can use their charts in determining what's hit then in the 80's. Here they are:
