Question
I heard this song when i was child and i don't remember its name and the artist. Later the tunes of this song were used by the mexican pop group called C3Q's, a trio of female artist of the mexican TV show REBELDE, in a theme named "No me Importa". Then here a link that group  www.c3qs.com containing the tunes. The 80's song was sung by a female and was almost rapped.

To tell you frankly, I'm not familiar with the NO ME IMPORTA. Doing some researches, I found out that it was recorded by a lot of artists since the 70s. A few female acts did some versions but I don't think there's one done in the 80s by a female group or artist. The closest I found were two versions of the song from early 90s. One is by an artist named ANNA ROMAN from her 1993 album VA DE NUEVO. The other one is by BIBI GAYTAN from her 1992 album MUCHA MUJER PARA TI. BIBI is popular Mexican actor EDUARDO CAPETILLO's wife. Here is its lyrics:    

Me he quejado y he sufrido,

Y he dicho tantas veces,
Ya no pruebo de lo mismo,
