80s Music/Desparately seeking a song I heard on the radio

Question
I heard this one song on a radio station that I really liked and would like to find out the name and the group/artist. Unfortunately, the station was not coming in to clearly. The song sounded like it was sung by a female and it sounded to be an 80's rock or pop rock format. I believe some of the words I heard in the song went something like: "I know what you're dreaming of" or "I know what you're thinking about" or "I know when you're", but I'm not 100% sure. Right after that, the song went into two sets of quick drum beats and I think it repeated the same lyrics. The tempo, style and drum beats of the song sounded somewhat like "She's Waiting" by Eric Clapton. I wish I had listened more carefully to the song. The problem was that the station was not coming in very clearly and it was breaking up a lot. What made it worse was that I was driving home from work and not standing still.

Any help in finding out the song would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Dear David,

I don't think I'm getting the song. What I'm going to do is research the song more thoroughly. The question will be posted on the site and let's hope some readers can shed light on this mystery song.

Expertise

I can answer just about everything from the 80`s, rock, pop, trivias, artist infos, Billboard chart positions, albums, etc. But songs that became hit in the Philippines and OPM songs are my expertise. I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.

Experience

Let's just say music is my life and my source is a lifetime of knowledge about 80's music and then some.
