QuestionOkay the spellings probably way out but this song was late 70's early 80's and i loved it. It was pretty fast and sounded like they might be Scottish. You find this - you are a God
Thanx

AnswerDear Ace,
I got to correct a bit the spelling of that song. It should have been KLACTO VEE SEDSTIEN (some say it is KLACT-OVEESEDS-TENE)by BLUE RONDO A LA TURK. BLUE RONDO A LA TURK was a British pop band named after a popular jazz tune by the DAVE BRUBECK QUINTET. It was formed by CHRIS SULLIVAN (vocals) in 1981 and the rest of the line-up was: MOSES MOUNT BASSIE (saxophone), MICK "LLOYD" BYNOE (drums), ART COLLINS (sax), GERALDO D'ARBILLY (percussion), KITO PONCIONI (bass), MARK REILLY (guitar), CHRISTOS TOLERA (vocals), THOLO PETER TSEGONA (trumpet), and DANIEL WHITE (keyboards). The group's debut album, CHEWING THE FAT released in 1982, featured two minor hits, including ME AND MR. SANCHEZ and KLACTO VEE SEDSTIEN, but the band had broken up by the time the second album was released, BEES KNEES AND CHICKEN ELBOWS (1984).
Sorry, that's all I know. I don't have lyrics of the song nor any more information about it, though I can still remember how it sounds. For a glimpse of its single vinyl jacket cover, please refer to this link:
