Hi Rachel. The song "Touch & Go" was sung by the group Ecstasy, Passion, & Pain. It was released in 1976 and was a mainstay within the more "underground" dance clubs in NY such as The Loft, Continental Baths, and The Paradise Garage. Hope this helps. :)
