This is killing me.  Heard this song on an episode of wildboyz and can not for
the life of me find the name or artist.  It sounds like it is in russian or german.  
I know i have heard it before just can't place it.  here is a link to the episode

That would be MAJOR TOM (Coming Home) by PETER SCHILLING from his 1983 album ERROR IN THE SYSTEM. It went #14 on the Hot 100 Chart on December 24, 1983. Here's how it goes:
