Dear Andy,

Undoubtedly, that was TARZAN BOY by the late BALTIMORA. BALTIMORA is Northern Irish singer JIMMY McSHANE who released the album LIVING IN THE BACKGROUND in 1985. Its first single, TARZAN BOY went as high as #13 on the Hot 100 Chart on March 1, 1986, then had another run at the charts seven years later when it was included on the soundtrack of 1993 movie TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES III. This time, the song went to #51 on April 24, 1993. BALTIMORA died of AIDS on March 29, 1995 at age 37.
