I am not really sure about the MONA LISA song. A friend, Vincent, who's an expert in Italo disco told me he only knew of two MONA LISA songs. But none of them matched with the lyrics you gave. Anyways, the two MONA LISA songs are by MODERN TALKING titled JUST WE TWO (MONA LISA) from their 1986 album READY FOR ROMANCE and by MR. BLACK.
