Question
I have been trying to find out who sang these words in a 70's ballad/love song. May have been released in the early 80's but I'm not sure. All help much appreciated.
This is kind of a stab in the dark, since you seem to be looking for a bit of a random and not-so-popular song. I have found a possible match in the soul genre; it's called "You Are My Fantasy" by Sid Herring (1981). As for 80s bands in general, I have been a fan for a while as well. My record collection has recently climbed above 250, and more are always being added. I also enjoy reading about the careers of bands of the 80s. I am also quick to match song lyrics to a title, or a title to a singer.
