Question
Hi Bong!

It's me again.  Could you provide me info about Arenarr band, aside from having Charlie Ysmael as its lead vocalist?  I've met Charlie Y. years ago when he already had The Breed.  Unfortunately, I don't have copy of any of their songs though I like "When will you be mine" and "Maybe I should forget you".  If you have MP3s of these songs, I'll be more than thankful if you could send me those.  Thanks a lot Bro for accomodating all our questions and requests!

Answer
Dear Joey,

Info about ARENARR is very rare, like their music. It's because they released only one album and it's not a very big hit. Few people I think still remember their song. Vicor Music Corporation, their recording company then, in fact have not included any of their songs to their numerous compilation albums unlike their more popular contemporaries NEOCOLOURS, LOUIE HEREDIA and RANDY SANTIAGO to name a few.
The only thing I know is that CHARLIE YSMAEL who went on to become news anchor was their lead vocalist until the band became THE BREED in 1990. Another notable member of the band is PHILIPPINE LEAGUE of DEMOCRATIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS, Inc. (PLDTi) president MANNY AMADOR.

Sorry that's all I have.

Maraming salamat po!!

Expertise

I can answer just about everything from the 80`s, rock, pop, trivias, artist infos, Billboard chart positions, albums, etc. But songs that became hit in the Philippines and OPM songs are my expertise. I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.

Experience

Let's just say music is my life and my source is a lifetime of knowledge about 80's music and then some.
