hey sergei, there were two versions of this really nice ballad but i suppose you won't mind which one it came from because both were terrific renditions. but if you mean the sexy, vocally-provoking and grammy-winning rendition, it's form Luther Vandross and Beyonce' Knowles. yes, that's one vocal display you'll only hear from true-blue r&b superstars. the original version was rather laid back but equally great as to it's worth in my ear, done by Roberta Flack and Donny Hathaway. i'd say listening to both versions of "The Closer I Get To You" are worth your time.
