That is hilarious! I was looking and always have been for this song. Trying to describe the guitar case in the video. Sounds a little like Simply Red.

Also, the original of the Grayson Hugh cover was by Olivia Newton-John, titled "Can't we talk it over in bed?"
It was a really lousy rendition, versus the Grayson Hugh version which kicked ass.
If you get a chance, though, check out the ON-J version, just for giggles.

Just to add to this answer...this is actually a cover of the Olivia Newton-John song "Talk it Over in Bed'.

I noticed this discussion and thought I'd amplify the answer. My 1988 RCA album "Blind To Reason" yielded two other international radio hits besides "Talk It Over"; they were "Bring It All Back" and "How Bout Us" ( a duet with soul singer Betty Wright). The videos for all these songs can be seen on YouTube.
My second album "Road To Freedom" (MCA 1992) was called one of the top-ten records of the year by Billboard Magazine and was critically acclaimed by many others, including Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Leonard Pitts, Jr. of The Miami Herald. The videos for "Soul Cat Girl", one of my songs from this record, can be seen on YouTube.
In 1991 Director Ridley Scott heard an advance pressing of "Road To Freedom" and chose two of my songs from this record for his hit film "Thelma & Lousie". These songs are "Don't Look Back" and "I Can't Untie You From Me". Also in 1991, I was asked to record my version of a Bob Dylan song "I'll Remember You" for the ending of the hit film "Fried Green Tomatoes".
When MCA fired the man who signed me and dropped all of his acts (including me) in 1993, I moved away from the music business which I found unsavory, untrustworthy and mercenary. During the late nineties and early 2000's, I taught songwriting at Berklee College Of Music in Boston and composed scores for several modern dance companies. I continued writing songs and in May of 2010, released my album "An American Record" on my own label (Swamp Yankee Records). It can be found on my website graysonhugh.net.
In 2008, I married singer Polly Messer and I am currently putting together a new band for touring around the world.
