Who is the artist and what is the title of the song with the female voice singing the following?

Dear Aucencio,
I don't actually have a copy of the actual FREESTYLE MEGASTYLE CD. I was able to answer his questions just by looking and searching using the lyrics he provided. Unfortunately, I can't work something from the lyrics you gave. Please add some more lyrics and if you can, some more clues I can work with. I'm sorry it didn't register on my mind.
