Have you tried Limewire? That's the only downloading station I trust. Anyway, I will ask friends if they have copies of it.
For the record, the complete title is LIVING IN A WORLD (TURNED UPSIDE DOWN). PRIVATE LIVES was composed of lead vocalist JOHN ADAMS and guitarist MORRIS MICHAEL. They released their only album in 1984, PRIDE & PREJUDICE, now a collector's item.
