Good day Mr. Santos, hope you can help me out with my questions about some 80s songs.  I've just started recently downloading 80s songs available on the net.  I grew up listening and definitely enjoying the 80s era.  As of now, I have a couple of 500 songs stored in my files.  but there are still songs that I know some of the lyrics but don't know the singer or the title.  Can I recite the lyrics? Anyway here goes, 1st is this one, what's in the name of love, are we doin' ...in the name of love .... what's in the name of love, are we losin' ...... in the name of love .... what are we doin? what? what?....( It's sounds like depeche mode, but im pretty sure it's not them) 2nd is this one, Taste of love, oh, oh , a taste of love..... Taste of love, you need a taste of love.... love is like a drug that you just can't do with out, makes you so excited, makes you wanna shout  ....... it's in the song, its in the scratch .... 3rd song, dreamer dreams, romantic dreams .....   Also, Im having problems downloading B-Movies' Switch on switch off,   and finally, who sang street beat?  Hope you can help me on these.    Looking forward for your favorable response.  Thanks so much, Maraming Salamat Po.

The first song sounds like PRIDE (IN THE NAME OF LOVE) by U2 from their 1984 album THE UNFORGETTABLE FIRE. It has been remade a number of times. Song no. 2 would be TASTE OF LUV by MARC WILSON. The third song is a bit hazy as far as your clues are concerned. Regarding SWITCH ON, SWITCH OFF by B-MOVIE, they have a greatest hits album released last year and I believed it's still available at Odyssey. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of it. And finally, STREET BEAT was sung by TONI BASIL, best remembered for the song MICKEY. Here's the lyrics of PRIDE and TASTE OF LUV:
