It was 1975 when the song YOU AND I came out. The guy who sang it was none other than 60's & 70's country singing star CHARLIE RICH. He was best remembered for the song THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL which he took to #1 on the Hot 100 Chart for 3 weeks back in December, 1973. YOU AND I was from his 1975 release EVERYTIME YOU TOUCH ME (I GET HIGH).
