Dear Twang,
I was very elated (and proud) when Terry wrote that invitation but unfortunately he seem to forgot including his e-mail address. I also posted there my e-mail address so he could somehow give his e-mail address but up to now he has not replied at all. Let's hope that one of these days, we'll hear something from him.
