Do you know the name of the artist who
sang 19-6-28? It was a popular upbeat song in Manila. I believe it came out around the same time as Earthquake by Flirtations. Thanks.

I know that song. It was really a big hit in Manila two years after EARTHQUAKE became a hit as well. That was 1986 when Geleen Eugenio & her WEA Dancers were gyrating to its beat along with another 1986 disco hit, RICO MAMBO by THE BREAKFAST CLUB. Its title is actually SIX, TWO, EIGHT by a group called EUROPE. Nothing much is known about this group which can't be   mistaken for the same group also called EUROPE which gave us hits like THE FINAL COUNTDOWN & CARRIE (although their lead vocalist sounds the same). Their follow up to SIX, TWO, EIGHT is another Manila hit, GIVE ME ONE NIGHT. Unfortunately, I don't have lyrics of the song.
