hi hope you can help me!it has the lyrics in the chorus "johnny's always running around". it has a synthesizer beat to it on the singer is quite monotone.

All I can pull up is a song (done by many artists) of the title: Johnny & Mary. If it is this song..... my guess your version was done by Robert Palmer or by  the group : Placebo
Let me know how this turns out.
