Question
I would like to ask for the female artist or girl group i guess, who revive the song STARTING OVER AGAIN by NATALIE COLE. I think it's from the late 80's to early 90's. Thank you very much...

I don't remember that song has another version done after NATALIE COLE's when in fact her version was already a revival that time. STARTING OVER AGAIN, from her 1989 GOOD TO BE BACK album was an original back in 1980 by DIONNE WARWICK. Could it be that this was the version you are hearing? Anyways, I'll try to research more if there are any other lesser-known versions of that song.
