Question
I'm trying to find a video by the stones that i have no words to or anything. It was mid 80's, and it have a shredding guitar lick and the video had lots of action, like a movie. People were outside having a festival with masks, like carnival, and these guys with machine guns show up. I think they were thieves or robbers. thats all i have, can u help?

Answer
Dear Von,

The video you have in mind is for a song called UNDERCOVER OF THE NIGHT by THE ROLLING STONES. It was the lead single of their 1983 release UNDERCOVER. The video starts with people partying outside a mansion then armed men barged in and caused a commotion. It was not without controversy though as the video was said to include footage of a real-life assassination from Latin America. Written by band members MICK JAGGER & KEITH RICHARDS and produced by THE GLIMMER TWINS (MICK & KEITH's production pseudonym) & CHRIS KIMSEY, it peaked at #9 on the Hot 100 Chart on December 24, 1983.

Maraming salamat po!

Expertise

I can answer just about everything from the 80`s, rock, pop, trivias, artist infos, Billboard chart positions, albums, etc. But songs that became hit in the Philippines and OPM songs are my expertise. I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.

Experience

Let's just say music is my life and my source is a lifetime of knowledge about 80's music and then some.
