YOUR EYES is from the French movie LA BOUM 2. Originally released in 1982, it was released in the Philippines as READY FOR LOVE 2, a sequel to the 1984 Philippine-released READY FOR LOVE (internationally known as LA BOUM (THE PARTY)). Both movies feature SOPHIE MARCEAU. YOUR EYES was performed by COOKS DA BOOKS, an 80's British reggae band.
I'm not sure about PERFECT STRANGERS, I know it's not the NEIL SEDAKA song. I guess this one is by ANNE MURRAY & DOUG MALLORY from her 1987 album HARMONY. I don't have lyrics available so I can't check it for the meantime. I will do so when I find it.
