There is this particular song that still rings in my memory but can't figure it out all i can remember is the lyrics "here i am won't you send me an angel in the land of the rising sun"...help pls...

Undoubtedly, that was SEND ME AN ANGEL by the German rock band SCORPIONS. Fronted by RUDOLF SCHENKER and KLAUS MEINE, it's from their 1991 album CRAZY WORLD, their most successful album to date from which the rock ballad WIND OF CHANGE was culled from. SEND ME AN ANGEL spent a week at No. 44 on the Hot 100 Chart on January 25, 1992.
