The song is called MR. E'S BEAUTIFUL BLUES by the rock band EELS. EELS is an American rock band fronted by MARK OLIVER EVERETT or simply called E, A MAN CALLED E or MR. E. Their other members rotate frequently, on stage and on the studio. MR. E'S BEAUTIFUL BLUES appeared on their 2000 album DAISIES ON THE GALAXY and was featured in the movie ROAD TRIP. Here's its lyrics:
