I'm looking for the title of a song, and artist's name, from the 80's.  It has the words "no one ever is to blame" in it, and it's a slower ballad.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

That song is one of my favorite! NO ONE IS TO BLAME by English synth-pop artist HOWARD JONES. Out of his 1985 album DREAM INTO ACTION, it was given a new remix and included on the EP ACTION REPLAY, released 1986. This new version which featured PHIL COLLINS on drums became his biggest hit, peaking at #4 on the Hot 100 Chart on July 5, 1986.
