That would be 1979's SHE USED TO BE MINE by TOBY BEAU, the band. I implied the band as the name TOBY BEAU would later be the performer himself.

TOBY BEAU was formed in Texas by guitarist DANNY McKENNA, vocalist BALDE SILVA, guitarist ART MENDOZA (later replaced by guitarist and banjo extraordinaire RON ROSS), bassist STEVE ZIPPER and drummer ROB YOUNG. The band released two albums, their self-titled debut set in 1978 which contained their biggest hit MY ANGEL BABY (Hot 100 Chart, #13, August 12, 1978) and 1979's MORE THAN A LOVE SONG, from where SHE USED TO BE MINE and THEN YOU CAN TELL ME GOODBYE (Hot 100 Chart, #57, October 7, 1979) were culled. One last album, 1980's IF YOU BELIEVE was credited to the singer TOBY BEAU, BALDE SILVA's adopted stage name after former members bolted out of the band after the disapponting sales of MORE THAN A LOVE SONG. To date, TOBY BEAU continues to give performances in the Texas area. Here's how it goes:
