Question
i have a song in mind that ive heard when i was a child but just couldn't remember anything except the tune and its chorus; it runs this way: do you miss me/once in a while do you miss me/now and again/ do you go to the house on the hill...can you help me find the title, artist, and lyrics of this song?

Answer
Dear Ray,

DO YOU MISS ME is the title of that song and was performed by Brazilian singer MORRIS ALBERT who also brought us the song FEELINGS back in 1975. MORRIS ALBERT is used to be married to Filipina singer BECCA GODINEZ. DO YOU MISS ME is from his 1982 album SOLITUDE. Here's its lyrics:

DO YOU MISS ME / MORRIS ALBERT

When the lights go out
And the sun goes down
And you linger there
Do you think sometimes
Of the fun we had
And the love we sharedIn that house on the hill
Yes, we loved the night away
Sweet sunrise sweet sunriseDo you miss me,
Once in a while, do you miss me
Now and again, do you go
To that house on the hillDo you miss me, now and again, do you
miss me
Once in a while, babe
Do you go to our house on the hillAs the days go by,
Do you sometimes think
Of the time we met
On that rainy night, how we sheltered there
All your clothes were wetIn that house on the hill
Yes, we loved the night away
Sweet sunrise sweet sunriseDo you miss me,
Once in a while, do you miss me
Now and again, do you go
To that house on the hillDo you miss me,
Once in a while, do you miss me
Now and again, do you go
To that house on the hillIn that house on the hill
Yes, we loved the night away
Sweet sunrise sweet sunriseDo you miss me,
Once in a while, do you miss me
Now and again, do you go
To that house on the hillDo you miss me,
Once in a while, do you miss me
Now and again, do you go
To that house on the hill …

Maraming salamat po!!

I can answer just about everything from the 80`s, rock, pop, trivias, artist infos, Billboard chart positions, albums, etc. But songs that became hit in the Philippines and OPM songs are my expertise. I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.
