First, I know this was a dance hit from the 80's..I want to know the song title and the artist. Is it rico mambo?

Second, the song is from a tito,vic and joey movie "shoot that ball" ..when joey was milking a cow or something like that.

I believe you are looking for two songs. The first one is, you are right, RICO MAMBO. The artist who performed it is called THE BREAKFAST CLUB. They are known to have hit the Top 10 in the Hot 100 Charts with RIGHT ON TRACK, peaking at #7 on May 30, 1987. They also have another hit called KISS AND TELL, No. 48 on August 15, 1987. They are on the same album called BREAKFAST CLUB as RICO MAMBO, released in 1986. They are also known to have two members who are former boyfriends of MADONNA, STEPHEN BRAY and singer DAN GILROY. The Material Girl herself was a former member of this group during her pre-fame days.

The second is hard to figure out as I don't remember that movie scene. Perhaps you can give me a line or two.
