the song goes "I dont wanna lose you, please dont leave me baby.. I dont wanna lose you, please dont leave me now"

and another one... not sure of the lyrics but it sounds like this "I wanna dance with the likes of cha cha, sing & romance with a cha" i dont think it make sense.. lolz.. but its sounds like that though... :)

Please give a little more description of your first song. Is it sad or disco type song? Who sang it, male or female artist? And also if you could give additional lyrics.

The second is, of course, CHA CHA CHA by Italo disco artist KEY LARGO from 1985. Lyrics for the song is unavailable, though.

Bong again here. A friend of mine, Vincent, provided you with this answer that the first song you are trying to find was I DON'T WANNA LOSE YOU by DAVID LYME, he is an Italo disco artist from Spain. His real name is JORDI CUBINO and the song was from 1986.
