2nd song :

chorus goes something like this (i'm not sure of the lyrics)...there is all my love for you all i have to give you and you keep me holding on everytime your love comes shining through...

this songs chorus goes something like this (i'm also not sure of the lyrics)... until forever this is for always when we're together nothings gonna take that away...

thanks a lot!

Answer
Dear Bia,

The first song was titled LONG AND LASTING LOVE as performed by the late artists BILLY PRESTON & SYREETA from their 1981 album BILLY & SYREETA. A year before in that in 1980 singer JANE OLIVOR recorded her own version for her album THE BEST SIDE OF GOODBYE. From this song will be culled another version, this time recorded by CRYSTAL GAYLE for her 1985 album NOBODY WANTS TO BE ALONE. It was basically the same song but some parts were edited and new lyrics were added. In 1988, GLENN MEDEIROS took another version of the song, this time titled LONG AND LASTING LOVE (Once In A Lifetime) from his 1988 album NOT ME, to #68 on the Hot 100 on September 24, 1988 making it the first and only version of the song to hit Billboard's Hot 100 Chart.

As for the other song, I know the song by heart but the title and artists just escaped me. I know it's from 1986 but I have to need some more time to recall the song.

Maraming salamat po!

I can answer just about everything from the 80`s, rock, pop, trivias, artist infos, Billboard chart positions, albums, etc. But songs that became hit in the Philippines and OPM songs are my expertise. I grew on 80`s music and still listening to 80`s music as it is the best era in music history for me. My friends call me the walking encyclopedia of 80`s music. I got books & collections of CDs, all from the 80`s.
