Question
Hi, been collecting AC/DC Vinyl for a good few years now.I recently bought a Yellow Label T.N.T album, and don't know anything about it. After inspecting the vinyl, here's my findings. Single cover, not gatefold, and at the top of the spine there is printed "CODE 305". Stamped into the vinyl on side 1 is a squiggly line with "M15A", and side 2 the same squiggly line with "M15B". Labels are, APLPA-016, YAPAX1213(SIDE1), YAPAX1214(SIDE2). I Have several different copies of T.N.T., all of which are gatefold, with red, black or blue labels (Aussie and New Zealand presses). I have seen this album listed on an ac/dc fan website quote
"Bizarre find of the Australian Albert LP but with a yellow label instead of the standard black(dark blue)label or red label reissue. possibly a mispress or likely some sort of test press...? or possibly a pirate from another country? also housed in a NON GATEFOLD SLEEVE, unlike the standard issue! MEGARARE probably worth $400+"

any definite info about this vinyl and it's value will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Bob

Answer
Hello Bob,

Thank you for your message.
The information from the AC/DC fan website about this release is about all that is known about it. There have been more than just one of these that have been found by collectors, so it is definitely not a one-off pressing, but appears to be a pretty rare release in which its actual original is still not 100% certain.

Best Regards,

Bill
