AC/DC/Phil Rudd Ice hockey shirt

Question
I recently bought a Montreal Canadians ice hockey jersey with 'Rudd' across the back of the shoulders. The guy I got it off told me that Phil donated it to a school auction in the Bay of Plenty, in New Zealand , where his kid went to school.
The story goes that Acdc played at an ice hockey arena in Montreal some years ago and each of the band members was presented with a personalised jersey. The jersey is good quality and mint condition , its XL so if it was Phils it would have been way to large for him to wear, I understand  he's not a big bloke in stature.
My question is whether Acdc played an ice hockey arena in montreal that you know of?
If it is authentic what could it be worth? It cost me $300NZ , I am a huge fan of Phil and ACDC so probably wont be selling it anyway
Thanks for your time
Barry

Answer
Hello Barry,

Thank you for your question. I vaguely remember hearing something about this (the hockey shirts given to the band) actually, but I cannot verify.
However, the band did perform at the Molson Centre in Montreal on August 15th, 2000 during their "Stiff Upper Lip" world tour.

An authentic jersey like this could likely have a value of around $500-600 USD.

Best Regards,

Bill
