Hi, do you have any idea who taught Angus Young to play guitar, how long it took him to learn, it has always amazed me how good he was at such a young age, also, can Angus read music, Thank You, Paul.

hello there,

angus played on his older brothers guitar when arriving at home after school. He used to play several hours a day, George played, Mal played, so did Angus...
He's practising hours a day, every day... His was listening and playing old blues from Muddy Waters. That way he introduced al pentatonic scales in his solo's... Everything is based on blues scales.
