AC/DC/AC/DC Autographs

Question
Hello

I am normally very skeptical about buying autographed memorabillia from Ebay. I know most are fakes.
However I came across an autographed record of AC/DC's Flick Of The Switch. The Record is genuine and the cover was ripped. It was an older seller who from looking at his shop sels old tupperware and vases etc. He has sold a few old records too I noticed of Rolling Stones and these were unsigned. This made me think that the seller simply had no idea of how much AC/DC signed record would be. As it was I won the item for only £8.
I checked up the autographs with a lot of others to see if they matched and sure enough they did. The absence of Malcolm Young is also a good thing as someone forging surely wud have included him.
The signatures are Angus, drummer Simon Wright ( who did indeed play on that album ), Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams.

Do you think this is genuine?

Thanks Bill

Answer
Hi Steven,

Thank you for your question.
From the image, I would say that the autographs on this album cover are in fact genuine. (Although Simon Wright did not play on that album, he did do the tour for it, so would have been the one to be signing autographs if it were from a tour from 1983 to 1989).

Best Regards,
Bill
